The thermal fuse is a non-resettable thermal protection device, which is used for overheating protection of household appliances and industrial equipment. When the ambient temperature rises to an abnormal temperature, the thermal fuse senses the external temperature state and cuts off the circuit. Its fully sealed structure ensures that its fusing system is stable and reliable, and is not affected by harsh environments such as external humidity. Its main features are: sensitive to external temperature; accurate and stable operating temperature; small size, sealed structure; reliable performance, and has been certified by multiple international safety standards.

6. Parameter Description
* Rated functioning temperature ( Tf )
The thermal fuse is tested according to the method specified in the safety standard to change the temperature of its conductive state. According to the safety standard based on IEC691,
The thermal cutoff must operate within the range of +0/-10°C above temperature. Abbreviated as Tf.
* Actual operating temperature Fusing-off temperature
The thermal fuse is heated at a rate of 0.5 - 1.0°C per minute in the silicone oil pool, and the temperature measured under the condition that the detection current is less than 10mA
fusing temperature. It is the actual operating temperature of the thermal fuse.
* Holding temperature ( Th )
When the thermal fuse passes the rated current, it can maintain the highest temperature for 168 hours without changing its conductive state. Expressed with Th.
* Maximum temperature limit ( Tm )
The highest temperature that the thermal cutoff can withstand for 10 minutes without re-connection. Abbreviated as Tm.
* Rated current ( Ir )
The maximum current that the thermal fuse can carry.
* Rated voltage ( Ur )
The maximum working voltage of the thermal fuse.
